      为探索薄壁壳体零件加工变形机制,对其加工变形进行控制,进而减少加工变形对零件各类尺寸精度的影响,选择某型薄壁壳体零件进行分析。从零件的工艺技术条件出发,分析该型产品的结构特征和工艺性能,结合刀具切削力以〖JP2〗及夹具装夹机构夹紧力对产品加工变形的影响,通过有限元软件分析其变形状态,研究其变形机制。依据分析结论改进设计了一套夹具。实践证明:该型夹具结构简单,操作便捷,极大地减少了该型弱刚度产品加工变形对产品加工精度的影响。
英文摘要:
      In order to explore the deformation mechanism of thin walled shell parts processing and to carry on control, then to reduce the impact on various types of machining accuracy, a typical thin walled shell part was analyzed. Starting from the technology conditions of the parts, the structure characteristics and process performance of the product were analyzed. Through the finite element software, the influences of the cutting force and fixture clamping force on the product deformation were analyzed to research its deformation mechanism. According to the analysis conclusion, a set of fixture was designed. Practice shows that the fixture structure is simple, its operation is convenient, so the influence of machining deformation on machining precision of product with weak stiffness is reduced greatly.
