      为了提高和稳定铜基粉末冶金摩擦材料的摩擦因数和耐磨性,以B4C为摩擦组元,采用粉末冶金方法制备铜基摩擦材料,研究B4C的添加量对材料的摩擦磨损性能的影响规律。结果表明:随着B4C质量分数增加,铜基摩擦材料的密度降低,硬度增加;B4C颗粒能提高铜基摩擦材料的摩擦因数,同时随着B4C质量分数的增加,铜基摩擦材料的磨损量先减小后增大, B4C质量分数为6%时材料的耐磨性能最好;B4C颗粒的强化作用提高材料的变形抗力,烧结材料的硬度得到明显提高;B4C颗粒在摩擦过程中起到抵抗对磨偶件的表面犁削作用,提高了材料的耐磨性。
英文摘要:
      In order to improve and stabilize the friction coefficient and wear resistance of copper based powder metallurgy friction material,Copper matrix composite was fabricated by powder metallurgy method with B4C as friction component.The effects of B4C content on friction and wear properties of copper matrix composite were investigated.The results demonstrate that hardness of Cu based friction materials is increased and the density is decreased with the increasing of B4C weight content.The friction coefficient of the materials is increased and the wear extent is decreased firstly,and then increased with the increasing of B4C weight content.The Cu based friction materials with 6% weight content of B4C have the best mechanical and friction properties.The strengthening effect of B4C particles improves the deformation resistance of the materials,and the hardness of the sintered materials is improved.In the process of friction,B4C particles play a role in resisting the surface ploughing effect of coupled pair,and improve the wear resistance of the materials.
